Skin care for acne. Acne is a skin problem that affects many people, teenagers and adolescents, as well as adults. It can be difficult to know what to treat your skin with to solve your problem.

FOR ACNE-PRONE SKIN, WE RECOMMEND THIS DAILY ROUTINE:

It’s important to cleanse your skin daily to remove dirt, grease, bacteria and the like.

You can choose to cleanse both morning and evening, but the most important is in the evening.

We recommend that you use Deep Clean – Detox Cleanser

We recommend as the primary serum, Clarify – Blemish Retinal Serum

It contains a small amount of Vitamin A and Tea Tree Oil. This helps fight your breakouts and works against bacteria.

As the second serum, we recommend Rescue

It contains a special molecule, Trioxolane, which is great for fighting inflammation and drawing toxins out of the skin. Rescue smells a bit special as this molecule contains Ozone.

If you use both serums, start by applying Rescue 1/2 – 1 pump morning and evening. Then apply 1 pump of Clarify Serum .

If you only use Clarify Serum, apply 1 pump morning and evening.

To work the serums well into the skin where they work actively, we use an Activating Mist.

Balance – Botanical Activating Mist moisturizes and fights bacteria with its content of Tea Tree Oil.

If you do NOT use serums, we recommend that you use Balance – Botanical Activating Mist after cleansing your skin with Deep Clean – Detox Cleanser

Moisturizing and oiling the skin is essential to keep it in balance.

Quench is a wonderfully light cream that quickly penetrates the skin and does not leave the surface greasy. Use it morning and evening.

In addition to your daily routine, we recommend that you do a little extra about once a week.

Polish – Cranberry Enzyme Mask is a peeling with lactic acid and cranberry enzymes. It removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface, refreshes the skin and ensures you get the full benefit of your serums.

After cleansing the skin with Deep Clean – Detox Cleanser and drying the skin, apply Polish – Cranberry Enzyme Mask . It may tingle and warm the skin slightly. If it feels heavy, you can apply a slightly thinner layer. Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes.

Move on to mask. If you don’t want to use a mask, finish with serums and massage them in with a few sprays of Balance – Botanical Activating Mist . Finally, apply Quench cream.

Extract – Purifying Charcoal Mask is a clay mask with activated charcoal that helps to absorb oil, reduce pore size, while helping to rid the skin of the toxins that cause your breakouts.

After exfoliating the skin with Polish – Cranberry Enzyme Mask , apply a thin layer of Extract – Purifying Charcoal Mask and leave it on for 10 – 20 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.

Finish with your serums and massage them in with a few sprays of Balance – Botanical Activating Mist . Finally, apply Quench cream.

To improve the skin from the inside, we always recommend taking Recovery. This is our Sea Buckthorn oil, which with its content of Omega 3,6,7 & 9 provides the body with important fatty acids. The oil has a pre-biotic effect that stabilizes the intestinal system. This will have a beneficial effect on the skin condition.

Recovery. taken daily, 1 tsp for approx. 3 months, then as maintenance 1 tsp daily. It can be taken neat, or taken in a ginger shot, with some juice or in a smoothie. The oil should not be heated.
